Kayla is a youth entrepreneur, community advocate, and the founder of Future Fit, combining her entrepreneurial drive with her academic foundation as a bilingual Marketing Management student at the University of Guelph. Driven by her lived experiences and the barriers students face in preparing for the professional world, she brings a unique ability to listen to student voices, understand real-world barriers, and design practical, culturally aware programming that supports young people through mentorship, financial empowerment, and professional development.

Dream Tuitt-Barnes

Dream is a current medicine student at Queen’s university and a community leader dedicated to advancing health equity and empowering underserved communities through research, advocacy, and meaningful engagement. A QuARMS graduate and accomplished youth mentor, she brings a strong academic foundation and proven leadership. Her work reflects her core pillars of legacy, advocacy, and involvement, guiding her efforts to create lasting, community-centered impact.

Tracy brings over two decades of Marketing & Communications experience, with specializations in branding, project management, creating and implementing strategic initiatives. She holds BA’s in English and Sociology & Anthropology from Carleton University and has completed her executive MBA with a specialization in Marketing, from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
